Guys, after looking everywhere and asking everywhere I think i found out (hopefully) build. So wanna hear your opinion, if something to change, make it better or cheaper, dunno, everything Very Happy Thanks everyone with commenting it earlier and helping me out with it!  Embarassed

CPU: Intel - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
MOTHERBOARD: Asus - STRIX Z270-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
MEMORY: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (Stiles recommended me to change on this: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory)
HDD: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
SSD: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
GRAPHICS CARD: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB SC GAMING Video Card
CASE: Corsair - 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
POWER SUPPLY: SeaSonic - 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
MONITOR: Asus - VG248QE 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor
+ fuken W10 OS

I am on exactly 1600 - 1700 EUR, which was my potencial (will need to sell my soul to devil) budget maximum. + shipping tho

So, first things first, change the power supply. People always cheap out on that, and then they regret it, a lot. You have to get 80+ Gold power supply, bronze won't do it. Especially cause you are going for a high tier CPU. My personal preference is Corsair and I will recommend you the same one I have --> CS650M (650 watt, 80+ gold certified).

Next, you decided to go for 1060 and 144Hz monitor, bad choice. While yes it will perform good enough, if you go for 1060 get normal 60-75 Hz monitor, you will get the best and longest life out of your GPU. Or switch GPU to 1070 Ti.
As for ram, you can't make a mistake there, you are going for a new mobo, so you are safe to get faster RAM, my preference is Kingston HyperX, but you really can't do bad with Corsair.

Furthermore, win10 is perfect for gaming and everything else, personally have zero problems.
Your SSD and HDD are same as mine and they work like a charm.

No doubt Corsair, G.skill and Kingston all are renowned and excellent brands in terms of providing ram but you have to consider your budget too right? well DDR4-2400Mhz or anything above that frequency won't have much noticeable difference in terms of high end gaming but yeah in terms of rendering stuffs, you will get slight advantage if you are having faster ram like anything in-between 2800MHz to 3600MHz (anything beyond 3600MHz is just wasting money tbh)
So i recommended you G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory(old ram tho but it's demanding for budget gamer).... you can choose anything that fits your budget.

Here have a look

The amount of Video RAM will not consume significant amount of power. Instead higher clock speed and # of CUDA cores will definitely make you think of better PSU.

The shit i propose below will last longer and in terms of professional stuff when # of cores matter (you mentioned you do rendering) it outperforms 7700K by 35-50%.
Also this one is going to be faster in gaming because of badass GTX 1070Ti (which overclocks in 1 minute and you get it faster than stock GTX 1080), you can fully utilize your 144Ghz monitor!!

TL;DR
this one is faster than 7700K + GTX 1060, but the price is still reasonable, staying within your budget.

I'm pretty sure you can find these parts in your area (Czech Republic??) with the same (or almost) prices.
If you think 1000W PSU is overkill for you, get a bit cheaper, but stay with GOLD one.

If you're planning to use the 144hz only to give an advantage in CS:GO, League of Legends or any other easy to run games then it won't be a problem since you will get over 144fps with a gtx 1060. If you don't care about these ms of difference and mostly play casually I would suggest purchasing an ultrawide monitor. It's fucking amazing.

Decent PC. Probably should run COD4 well enough (but I'm not sure  Very Happy )
Joking apart, regarding your CPU: if you do lots of rendering I would go with Ryzen-7 1800x, especially when they got price drop.
https://www.anandtech.com/show/12238/amd-updates-ryzen-sku-pricing-to-counter-intel

Do you have 4k monitor? If no, then you don't need 1080ti. Just buy 1070ti and you'll be fine.

And last: this year AMD will release new generation of Ryzen CPUs, which will be faster. Also this year Nvidia should release the next generation of Geforce GPUs, which are approx 30-40% faster than Pascal GPUs, meaning 1180 will be faster and cheaper than 1080ti.
So, I would personally wait for 6 months and then buy faster PC for the same money which you are going to spend today.
